Àííîòàöèÿ:  äàííîé ñòàòüå ðàññìàòðèâàþòñÿ âîïðîñû ðàçâèòèÿ óãîëîâíîãî çàêîíîäàòåëüñòâà Èçðàèëÿ â XX â. è âëèÿíèÿ íà åãî ñòàíîâëåíèå àíãëèéñêîé ïðàâîâîé äîêòðèíû. Òàêæå â ðàáîòå âûäåëÿþòñÿ ðÿä îñîáåííîñòåé óãîëîâíîãî èçðàèëüñêîãî çàêîíîäàòåëüñòâà, îòðàæåííûå â íîðìàõ äâóõ îñíîâíûõ çàêîíàõ: â Îðäîíàíñå îá óãîëîâíîì ïðàâå 1936 ã. è â Çàêîíå îá óãîëîâíîì ïðàâå 1977 ã. Àâòîð ïðèõîäèò ê âûâîäó, ÷òî óãîëîâíîå çàêîíîäàòåëüñòâî Èçðàèëÿ (êàê 1936, òàê è 1977 ãîäîâ) çàíèìàåò îñîáîå ìåñòî: â íåì îò÷åòëèâî âèäíî âëèÿíèå îáùåãî ïðàâà, îäíàêî îíî êîäèôèöèðîâàíî (â îòëè÷èå îò ñàìîé Àíãëèè è ÑØÀ), ê òîìó æå â íåì íàøëè îòðàæåíèÿ îñîáåííîñòè ãîñóäàðñòâåííîãî è îáùåñòâåííîãî óñòðîéñòâà ãîñóäàðñòâà.

Abstract: In this article scrutinize an issue of the penal law evaluation in Israel. The essential influence took place from the British legality and common law doctrine. However the Criminal Law Ordinance 1936 and Criminal Law Act 1977 show authentic place which the Israel Modern Criminal Law takes plays.
