Аннотация: в статье рассматриваются вопросы сотрудничества Европейской полицейской организации (Европола) в сфере борьбы с преступностью на пространстве Европейского Союза. Особое внимание уделяется правовым основам становления и деятельности Европола, практическим аспектам
взаимодействия, а также вопросам организации и координации данного взаимодействия с другими правоохранительными организациями и учреждениями ЕС.
