А.Е. Помазанский Формы государственной поддержки политических партий и кандидатов на выборах в законодательстве зарубежных государств
Аннотация:
Статья посвящена исследованию различных форм государственной поддержки кандидатов и политических партий в период избирательной кампании в зарубежных странах. Автором выделяются различные формы такой поддержки. Отмечается тенденция к расширение перечня форм и объема государственной поддержки, прежде всего, политических партий и выдвигаемых ими кандидатов. В статье содержится вывод о том, что в настоящий момент главными задачами, стоящими в отношении системы государственной поддержки, являются создание равных исходных возможностей для участников избирательных кампаний, а также повышение прозрачности финансирования избирательных кампаний.

Abstract: The article is devoted to the various forms of state support for candidates and political parties during election
campaigns in foreign countries. The author indicates various forms such support. There is a trend to expand the list of
forms and volume of the state support, above all, to the political parties and candidates nominated by them. The author
concludes that at present time the major aims regarding the state support system are the creation of the equality of participants
in the electoral campaigns, as well as increasing transparency in the financing of election campaigns.
