In the author’s opinion following these requirements should allow to ensure adequate expression of the legislators will, clarity of legal provisions for the people, allow to avoid contradictions between the values of the people and legislative provisions. This article also contains analysis of use of legal terms in a number of legislative acts in the Russian Federation. Abstract: In this article V.Y.
