В.В. Шаклеин Актуальные вопросы членства в ООНАннотация: В статье рассматриваются вопросы членства в Организации Объединенных Наций, а также статус наблюдателя при ООН. Выражается идея возможности предоставления членства интеграционным объединениям и другим субъектам международного права, обладающим частичным суверенитетом. Данная идея обоснована, в частности, на примере членства Европейского Союза в Продовольственной и сельскохозяйственной организации ООН (ФАО). Предлагается внесение соответствующих изменений в положения главы второй Устава ООН. The author then expresses an idea on the possible provision of membership for the integration formations and other subjects of international law, who possess partial sovereignty. This idea is supported by the example of the EU membership in the Food and Agriculture Organization of the UN. The author offers to amend the Chapter 2 of the UN Charter.
