Курбанов Снабжение энергоносителями предприятий атомной энергетики и инвестиции в атомную энергетику как отдельные аспекты права ЕС в сфере атомной энергетики Аннотация: Энергетическое право ЕС в сфере энергетики уже было исследовано в общих чертах в науке права ЕС. Тем не менее, на сегодняшний день его изучение обладает пробелами, к которым относятся вопросы снабжения энергоносителями предприятий атомной энергетики и инвестиции в атомную энергетику. В статье отмечается, что вопрос снабжения относится к теме безопасности в сфере атомной энергетики, тогда как вопрос инвестиций в атомную энергетику является довольно новым аспектом в этой сфере, так как касается участия частных лиц в атомной энергетике, где участие публично-правовых субъектов является доминирующим. Nevertheless, there are still certain gaps in their studies such as the issues of supplying nuclear power organizations with energy carriers and investing into nuclear energy. The author of the article stresses out that the supply issue belongs to the topic of safety in the sphere of nuclear power, while the issue of investments into nuclear power is a rather new aspect in this sphere because it means participation of private persons in the sphere of nuclear power production where the role of public entities is dominating.
