Аннотация: статья посвящена анализу процессов формирования глобального технологического порядка как
актуального фокуса мировой политики. Большое внимание уделяется концептуализации содержательных моментов глобального технологического порядка. Автор делает вывод о наличии корреляции между справедливым миропорядком и равноправными отошениями в сфере создания и распространения технологий в глобальном масштабе.
