Аннотация: This article is devoted to theoretical bases for the classifi cation of subjects of constitutional law, group of subjects, and the contents of right to constitutional modernization. The author analyzes international legal bases and abilities in the sphere of constitutional regulation of subjects of right to constitutional modernization. Much attention is paid to a topical issue on right of subjects of economic activity to take part in constitutional modernization of a state.
