Аннотация: Статья посвящена исследованию особенностей правового обеспечения и реализации государственно-частного партнерства в ЮАР. Исследованы нормативные правовые акты на федеральном и кантональном уровнях, регулирующие указанные вопросы. Показаны проблемы и перспективы развития законодательства о государственно-частном партнерстве.

Abstract: Article investigates features of legal support and realization of the public-private partnership in South Africa.
