Косоруков Основные детерминанты процесса принятия внешнеполитических решений Аннотация: В статье дается комплексный анализ детерминант принятия внешнеполитических решений на основе уровневого подхода. Выдвигаемые детерминанты располагаются на трех взаимосвязанных уровнях – глобальном, государственном и внутригосударственном, включают изучение факторов силы, ее соотношения, международных институтов, взаимного восприятия государствами друг друга и международной системы, автономии государства, мобилизации, большой стратегии, политико-психологических характеристик лидеров и идеологии. Abstract: The article includes a complex approach of the determining factors in the foreign political decisions on the level-based approach. The determining factors are situated at the three interrelated levels: global, state, and internal. They include the study of the force factors, their correlations, international institutions, the mutual acceptance of each other by the states and by the international system, autonomy of states, mobilization, greater strategy, social and psychological characteristics of leaders and their ideologies.
