Автором освящается эволюция политических и конституционных отношений Австралийского Союза и штатов. Также автор анализирует финансовые взаимоотношения Австралийского Союза и штатов, часто именуемые одним из «вертикальных финансовых дисбалансов». Abstract: The constitutional aspects of the distribution of powers between the Commonwealth and the states are examined in the present article. The evolution of political and constitutional relations between the Commonwealth and the states are highlighted. The author also analyzes Commonwealth-State financial relations which are often referred to as a “vertical fiscal imbalances”.
